    Why meat tastes so good. It is science.

    [ATTACH=CONFIG]n90829[/ATTACH] Seriously. Roasted beef at the top of the chart showing more than 100 flavor compounds linking it to beer, bacon, coffee and peanut butter. The Maillard reaction in smoked brisket scientifically proven (since as the longest cooking standard beef dish) makes it the best tasting food theoretically possible. Don't argue with science bro.

      No wonder Beer and BBQing Beef go together so well!

      Beef, Beer, Peanut Butter, Coffee, Bacon... all foods from gods!
