I bought some Sugar Maple and Hickory from them and I'll give them a thumbs up!! Impressed with the size and mostly all of them are uniform. No bark that I've found so far and I'd recommend them. I bought the 1/2 cu. ft. size boxes. Sugar Maple smoking wood is by far my favorite .. works well with most anything.

The boxes were mostly full .. I've used a few already. Packed some what tightly.

The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't label the boxes. I don't work with wood so I can't tell just by looking. One box didn't smell like anything when held a piece up to my nose. The other block smelled like something so I assumed that to be hickory. When I used them in a cook I knew I was right

    Hope that helps you decide!

started a topic Smokinlicious chunks and blocks

    Smokinlicious chunks and blocks

Has anybody ordered from Smokinlicious site?
I'm interested in their blocks and large chunks. I'm sick of getting a bunch of wood chips in bags that are supposed to have wood chunks.

Their blocks look like they'd work really well for pre burning.
