Imaginary recipe, cook book and sign chain game

The idea is to make up a title for a recipe or cook book or backyard bbq sign.
    Example: No teeth beef.
The next person to play makes up a title using the last word of the previous title.
Example: The Beef about cooking with heat.
(putting "A", "An, or "The" in front of the word is permitted.

    So here goes..

Using wet wood chips for smoking.
