    Spices & Shakers

Looking for a good online source to buy spices / ingredients to make rubs. Also - need ~ 1 quart plastic shakers for the rub. Any suggestions?

I get all of my spices from www.penzeys.com, they also have shakers and jars.

Welcome to The Pit, Ross. I like using www.penzeys.com. They have what appears to be decent pricing, usually a few sizing options, and educational blurbs about the spices.

Also spice barn has clear 1qt plastic spice containers with double cap (sifter or pour/spoon) tops in choice of 3 colors for $1.45 ea. (min. order $9 though)

LOL Huskee and DWC beat me to it while I got up to check the spelling of Penzey's!

I just use old empty spice containers and re-label them (el cheapo here)
