Okay folks! I have reopened this thread so we can start the gifting! Everyone should have their pairings by now. Please double check them to make sure you have all of the information you need. I am happy to help if you have any questions.

I love that we had so many people willing to party this year. If you missed the sign up this year, keep this thread followed as I will use it to start it up next year. I promise to post the Secret Santa on November 1st next year to give us more time to get more people to sign up.

If you are signed up and you got your pairing, make sure to follow this thread so you can see what everyone is getting and you can post what you receive from your Santa.

Thanks again everyone, happy holidays and keep the smoke rollin' !!

      John

***Edit: Make sure to check the address we have on file for you. You can do this in your profile. I want to make sure I sent out the correct delivery points for the gifts.***

And make sure to follow this thread!

I'm probably jumping the gun, but it's well past afternoon here and I haven't received a pairing notice. If I'm just being premature, no worries.

I too overthink the gift giving process! I LOVE giving thoughtful gifts and not personally knowing the individual is adding a level of stress I was not anticipating! But it is a fun endeavor!

Karon, it is good to hear from you. Unfortunately, I already did the pairings and gifts are arriving at their homes. I really have no one to pair you with. Please PM me, and we will get something figured out. You started this whole thing anyway.

Thanks Elton's BBQ for the nice book collection. I keep saying I need to track my cooks better, so when I make something good I remember exactly how I did it and mostly to estimate better how long it will take.

If you have a Weber Kettle, you need the Slow 'N' Sear

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

          Placeholder

The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

Griddle And Deep Fryer In One

          Placeholder

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, and home fries. Or pancakes, fajitas, grilled cheese, you name it. Why stink up the house deep frying and spatter all over? Do your fried chicken and calamari outside. Blackstone's Rangetop Combo With Deep Fryer does it all!
