    • We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).

    Need some help.....with a picture

When we want to smoke more ribs than we have smoker real estate, some of us roll the rack into a circle and fasten with a skewer.
Does anyone know where I can get a picture?
i see them all the time, but for the life of me, can’t find one tonight.
    arrrggggghhhhhhhh.

You just wasted an opportunity to get another smoker. "Honey, not enough room on the smoker, either we have to get another or dis-invite your family." Now she can say, "Oh, just make those rib rings."

Actually, ComfortablyNumb , that would have been my answer, but I asked for my son who is cooking Sunday for his pregnant wife’s birthday, with family.

Gave him a few options including this.

What really got me was that I’d seen several pics earlier in the day and could not find any of them.

Thanks again, Ann I hope you are feeling better!
