    • We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).

Happy fathers day to all the dads here!

i ran across this brisket price article and thought it might be of interest here.

Good, kind sir. And you and your family?

My Pa passed in 1988, when I was at th very end of my initial tour of active duty...

My Son generally only hollers, when they need money...

So, it looks like It's Smokey, myself, an some o th neighbours will be makin up this evenin's supper lineup...

I've always loved this song, an thought yall might enjoy it, as well...

If it needs to be moved, then have at it, Mods, with my apologies, but I thought this th bestest place to post it...

If it makes ya cry, that's okay; it does me, too, sometimes, still...

      Missin ya, Da'...
