      Two confessions:
      1. I'm sitting here in a pair of corduroys
      and
      2. I like kale.

      BTW: This is one of the greatest salads I've ever made. I substitute Dragon fruit for the persimmon making it the healthiest thing you'll eat all year! Also thin slice the kale and mix it w the dressing for a couple hours before you serve it and it'll still be fresh but not tough at all. Add the fruit and nuts etc just before serving.

        People paid dearly fer yer right to do both, an ain't neither one concerns me, in th least, much less causes me any kinda pause.

        If it's okay with yerself, though, this ol boy would prefer to jus eat th corduroy, an pass on th kale...sry.
