      I don't think it would work 'cause every time you opened the pit, the meat would be flash frozen. Maybe it's a convection oven in reverse??

    Couldn’t pull up the link, but I know it can get mighty raw up in those parts. We approached it here almost with 30 mph winds gusting to 60. Had a 100 car pile up just abot up
    the road from us, in a white out. Didn’t cook out yesterday.

    It's Mt. WASHINGTON in N. H. @ 6000 plus ft. Right now it - 4 wind 116 gusts 136 feels like - 47.

      It's kind of a cool place (pun not intended). It holds the record with the highest recorded wind at 231 MPH. If anyone goes through New Hampshire, it really should be on your goto list. You can drive up it, take a tram and climb it. I've driven and climbed, however many years ago.
