    Honoring all Veterans

Salute to all Veterans and those currently serving. Thank you for your service and sacrifice. No matter what branch you were in, what your job was, whether you went to war or not, you signed on the line and raised your right hand and did your job. I'll always have your six. I'm posting a picture of me in Afghanistan in 2006. Feel free to post a picture of you and/or a loved one that served. My profile picture is of my wife (my girlfriend at that time) and I riding the ramp of a CH47 Chinook. She was the crew chief/door gunner. Click image for larger version

I have some pictures of time in the field, but it's usually shots of me doing inappropriate (and possibly illegal) things with the equipment the taxpayer trusted me with. So we'll go with the only dignified photo I have.

What are 3 things you don't want to hear?
          1. A Lieutenant saying "I think..."
          2. An Ensign saying "It's been my experience..."
          3. A Chief chuckling "Watch THIS sh*t..."

I served on the USS Tutuila, (ARG-4), which was a converted Liberty ship. It was sold to Nat. China in '72.

My great grandfather worked on the drydock for that boat and a few other liberty ships. I remember visiting it when I was a lot younger. So glad they keep the funding to keep her afloat. It's amazing how fast those things went together and a perfect example of why you don't want to piss off America

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

                      the good one grill
The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, and home fries. Or pancakes, fajitas, grilled cheese, you name it. Why stink up the house deep frying and spatter all over? Do your fried chicken and calamari outside. Blackstone's Rangetop Combo With Deep Fryer does it all!

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.
