            With all the veegs they're going to make happy with that, they're going to piss off an equally ridiculous segment of society: The gluten-avoiders. Those with Celiac disease and other actual ailments will be justified. But who have no actual physical issue with gluten, the aforementioned ridiculous group, will no doubt be up in arms over it and demand it cease to be and that everyone, even those with no gluten issues, never eat it within 1000 feet of them.

            I noticed that the author of that article failed to mention what the Texas Monthly review thought of the dish... only discussed semantics of the choice of name. It must have been pretty bad.

                I've only made fun of the gluten loaf as I'm not a fan of highly processed foods. I know all about complete proteins and know they are easy to obtain from meat and certain non-meat food combinations making the latter just as good in terms of the essential amino acids as protein from meat. So I'll stand by my statement that eating lots of vegetables makes me feel good (as does eating meat).
