Respecting FireMans "Call to Arms." Name the Burger HH should make.

FireMan sent out a "Call to arms" reminding us of "National burger day" but I am unable to participate. However I have vowed to make it up. Here's my question:

What themed burger should i make? Name your region, country, style or favorite ingredients and I promise you I will give it my best effort. Sort of "Chopped like" but not really.

Be reasonable, I have kids and live in SoCal but I promise you it willl be delicious.

i just might make more than 1.

Fortunately, when my daughter realized she was celiac, she decided being vegetarian as well was overkill. She's back to eating all the meat I want to serve her, just not on a bun, or at least not on a wheat bun. Thank goodness!

Well, I'm going stuffed. 8 oz. with home ground chuck. Stuffed with smoked cheese of your choice. Scallions, cowboy candy both diced. Of course seasoned with salt and pepper. A couple of pieces of slab bacon on top. If you made your own great. If not, go to butcher and get it sliced (my choice). Bread I prefer a big onion roll. Toasted with mayo.
Well now I know what i'm making based on the cheeeeese burger thread.

Hmmmm.... I know a butcher shop with great bacon. I'm have some thoughts about doing a different grind of beef other than chuck. We shall see.

HouseHomey Kind of a riff on the old carpetbagger steak, which was stuffed with oysters and then grilled. Or the lazy version is just heaping fried oysters on top of a burger. I'll bet you could do it. Here is a example recipe. https://www.cdkitchen.com/recipes/re...er157672.shtml

Oh my, that looks amazing! I have a mind to take that oyster mix, fuse it and make a patty dredge n togarashi and panko, then add that to the burger.

Hmmm, maybe a custom grind of beef and something like bacon or pork belly or pastrami or veal or lamb. Our butcher does a 50/50 of chuck and bacon that's pretty good. OOH, beef and chorizo! Can you say pate'? Crap, now I'm hungry!!!

The world famous Lonnie Mac Upside-Down Wimpy Burger.

No really, probably my fave YouTube channel is Greg over at Ballistic BBQ. Soooo many burgers, so many choices. We have some cool joints down in these parts but too many joints use the standard Sisco supplied patties. So something home ground and hand formed of course. My fave is a place called Hub Cap Grill. Simply a patty fried on top of a handful of sliced hatch green chilies, slapped on a toasted bun and delish.
