      • We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).

      So sorry Jake. Tough days, and the house isn't the same. What a beauty!

        You can take comfort in knowing that he is no longer suffering . His life's main goal was to make you and your wife happy and you returned the favor by stopping his pain and suffering. I have a herd on the other side of that bridge waiting and while the 2 I have now are still here they get brisket a couple times a year, I figure it is a small token for what they give me

                                Sorry to hear the news Jake. We're only 3 months down the road from having to put our beloved Dimebag down, he was 13 and blind, had diabetes, which was getting harder to control. I feel your pain.
