Technically I should have typed "at least 6 characters"

I just finished trimming it all up, rebagging and freezing. That took a while and I can't feel my fingers. 76 pounds of meat later I was pretty sure I was cutting with the wrong side of the knife.

Yeh, I almost typed that too. It happens when you just try to put one smiley face.

Good deal, I don't have a local Sam's so congrats on a dull knife.

Usually the case is $1 per pound less on the pork. As DW said there are 8 butts. I mentioned cutting them all up, that is because they come in 2 packs. I usually have a couple 2-packs in the fridge but I don't always want to thaw and cook 2 so I usually separate them so I can do 1 or 3 without overcooking.
