Nice looking ties. Used to do a bit of that myself but mostly fresh water. Only got to the coast enough to enjoy it but never really got good at fly fishing in the salt.

it is, I can tie the salt water flies cause they are so big, fresh water flies are a whole different world.....tiny and tied on with line about the size of hair!

I grew up tying size 16 and 18 nymphs. In the middle of summer, trout would only eat a size 24 CDC midge. My eyes can't do that anymore.

I know what ya mean! Fishing tailwaters with 22 size and 7x tippet can be a challenge, but landing a 2# trout on on 2# tippet is a thrill!

          Nice Black Drum.

I used to tie a lot. Having a child and now running two business has since ruined the therapeutic sessions tying up Clousers and crabs. I still get out to fish the East Coast for Stripers and I make it to Port Sulphur for Reds at least one trip for each a year.

Those long days on a flats boat or standing in a flat watching for shadows, swirls, and pushes make all the work the rest of the year worth it.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

                the good one grill
The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

Griddle And Deep Fryer In One

                Pit Barrel Cooker Smoker
The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, and home fries. Or pancakes, fajitas, grilled cheese, you name it. Why stink up the house deep frying and spatter all over? Do your fried chicken and calamari outside. Blackstone's Rangetop Combo With Deep Fryer does it all!

The Pit Barrel Cooker May Be Too Easy

                Pit Barrel Cooker Smoker
The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.

The amazing Karubecue is the most innovative smoker in the world. The quality of meat from this machine is astonishing.
