        Thank you for the correction.

Thought I'd share a couple of pics of my garage at my fishing crib up north a bit. and the pits up there. Just so I dont put my Man card on the line here the other half is more garage like.

Going to reverse a few strips on the gasser up north tonight. Kinda boring I know but... I left the smoker home this weekend so I would be forced to cull some fish from the freezer last night. Hauled a half pan of walleye and some sliced pouched new potatoes up to the GFs work for here and her co workers last night. I must admit it was pretty good.

          Pics to follow

Knee-ice set up. I need to smoke some more fish. Kids always like it. Well, when I finally got the heat down. Cayenne goes a looooooooong way on fish and super simple rubs.

Thx... I got to admit lots of my fish get sauted but I do hope to build a small outhouse smoker just for whitefish and lake trout.

Dad always made catfish in a white gravy. To go along with some fried stuff.

It shoot table salt like a shotgun. It takes some practice but its safe and effective.

Its more of a novelty than anything to be honest. BUT it does work. I interviewed the creator once for a podcast and it was such an interesting story I bought like 12 of them to give away to my friends.

Oh it just involves sauteeing onions and what not, then throwing in some catfish and cooking it till done. Goes good with rice, along with everything else in southwest Louisiana.

Ribs came out all right but I got a tad bit close to the line with the salt. Go figure. Going with a sweet sauce with these for sure. hehehehe

Oh and I bailed on the tofu and threw that on the grill. What can I say

If you have a Weber Kettle, you need the Slow 'N' Sear

                      slow n sear
The Slow 'N' Sear turns your grill into a first class smoker and also creates an extremely hot sear zone you can use to create steakhouse steaks.

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

                      the good one grill
The Good-One Open Range is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

The flat top does the burgers and the fryer does the fries. Use the griddle for bacon, eggs, and home fries. Or pancakes, fajitas, grilled cheese, you name it. Why stink up the house deep frying and spatter all over? Do your fried chicken and calamari outside. Blackstone's Rangetop Combo With Deep Fryer does it all!

The PBC has a rabid cult following for good reason. It is absolutely positively without a doubt the best bargain on a smoker in the world. Period. This baby will cook circles around the cheap offset sideways barrel smokers because temperature control is so much easier.
