    Hi, I'm Russell and I'm a Smokaholic. Smokers Anonymous already exists, so maybe Pitmaster's Anonymous. Not only am I fully cognizant of how much time I spend here, spend Googling grills, smoker & accessories, and spend smoking or planning smokes, but when I got a message from a Yahoo group of GOSM owners I found myself correcting them on things like not soaking wood chips, not trusting built-in thermometers, not bringing meat up to room temperature since cold meat takes on more smoke, reverse searing, dry brining, etc., etc., etc., and eventually telling them to all come over here and join up.

    It's truly an addiction and compulsion.

    Indeed sir it is! Got nothin but blue smoke here in Pasadena Texas with a bacon wrapped Pork Loin kick'n at 325.

      Yup, It's a trap, a good one though, Don't know if I'd let children near it, (they're already smart enough)
