We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).

Smoker: PBC
Grill: A 20-year-old Webber 22.5" Kettle with a Slow and Sear
Thermometers: A Maverick ET732, A Thermapen, a few miscellaneous thermometers
Misc: I just seem to keep buying things.
Ours wasn't in the middle of a cook but similar thing happened to our smoker at church. Someone cut the lock on the gate we kept it parked in, hooked up the trailer, and hauled it off. Fortunately a generous church member was able to replace it.

Do not eat the meat raw or cooked in water, but roast it over the fire.

People dont want to work hard for anything any more. That was this guys source of income... This agrivates me.😡
I do worry about someone hooking up to my rig and taking off. I think im gonna get a removable trailer tongue and just take it off when not needed. Lord knows they wont be able to push it up on something, they would need a wrecker.😂
