ID:	35606 I didn't cook yesterday, we went to friend's for a lovely traditional Thanksgiving dinner. So I am cooking today.
    • Homemade Lobster Bisque
    • Large Porterhouse (reverse sear)
    • Artichokes (possibly stuffed Italian style)
    • Truffled Pommes Anna
    • Grilled Broccoli en papillote (foil) with parmesan reggiano.
    I will post pics of progress and final dish.
