    Saw a license plate and had to ask...

    Okay...let me set this up, here. I was out all of last week near the Boundary Waters of Canada (really close to Sand Point Lake for those of you who know the area) with our boys at a Scout trip. While coming home from northern Minnesota on U.S. 53 this weekend, we passed a vehicle with Minnesota plates that had "BBQ KING" on it, also heading south on 53. I immediately thought that there was a decent chance that the owner of that plate might be on here.

    If you have that license plate and saw someone waving as a gold Ford truck hauling a Scout trailer as it went by, "HI!"

    That's A Lot of Unpaid Work where the Rewards are Intrinsic! Our Son, Now 41 Yrs Old❓, achieved the Eagle Scout Rank and has been Involved with the Order of the Arrow for many Years! Recently He has Served on the ND BSA Advisory Board! I am not Sure if He is "Officially" still Serving as His Work involves considerable International Travel! Mostly He goes to Australia, New Zeeland, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is Currently in Yokahomma, Japan! I have omitted many places do to Mental Fatigue❓ He Buys and Sells New, Used, and Surplus Military Aircraft and Helicopters Parts!

      Northern Tier, I never made that BSA trip. I hear that is one great trip. I did get to go to Sea Base in the Florida Keys. That was a great time. cemushr

        We were actually about 40-50 miles northwest of Northern Tier. We're fortunate enough to be in a council that owns some land just across the border at Cache Lake. It's a lottery setup for the troops in the council, similar to Philmont/Northern Tier/Sea Base...usually, we get it every other year.
