Tool fans have been waiting a long time for the new album. (Like 15 years) And it did not disappoint. I love the new album. Here is Fear Inoculum, the title track. If you have time, you really don't listen to one song on the album, you need to listen to the whole thing. (Much like a Pink Floyd Album)

I’m not familiar with this band. I’ll check them out a little closer. I’m looking for some new music on vinyl, at least for this ol’ rocker, Floyd Misfit. I have a $30 Amazon gifty to burn up.

Got tickets for the beginning of May to see one band off of my bucket list and the bonus is a favorite live band of mine is opening for them.

    Clutch

    Volbeat

I love that I can see them both on the same tour together.

I can not imagine what it would have been like being a teanager in the late 60's listening to things like:

Spirit in the Sky by Norman Greenbaum
      O-o-h Child by Five Stairsteps
Band of Gold by Freda Payne
Let it Be by The Beatles
Rain Drops Keep Falling on My Head by B.J. Thomas

Then someone says check out this new band Black Sabbath

I don't know is I would have been SCARED or ECSTATIC

Well, that was a long, long time ago. I remember 'Iron Man' being played on the radio, I went out and bought the album. BTW, some playlist you cited. I would have chosen the Stones, Jimi, Janice, the Doors, and maybe Three Dog Night. And the Zep was coming on the scene same time as Black Sabbath. Seems to me there was other Brit bands that showed up late '60s/early '70s. Can't think of Who, I'm sure it's just temporary Brain Damage and will come to me in Time...

ssandy_561 Love your playlist. And the different types of music back then are greatly missed. The experimentation gave rise to new genres that really did shape the 60's and 70's.

I'm sure everybody can relate. for some reason, though, that was my initial impression of Joe Bonamassa when I first heard him 10+ years ago. So I knew he was out there, but I basically ignored him until recently. I started listening to some of his stuff and realized how ridiculously, colossally wrong I was. I love the guy! Now I'm making up for lost time.

Probly some deep, innate lackin in my soul, but as a lifelong Bluesman, I still find myself cringin when I hear JB...granted, I need to listen to more of his stuff, to git a more fair, broader perspective, but fer th present, I was over him, first time ever I heared his bool schnit...wtf?

Ways I learned was, it's my Job to make th audience wanna drink, eat, smoke, an fornicate...that's what has always gotten me return gigs...

Not so much try to keep em nice an cool by repeatedly flappin my fingers, in order to create a gentle breeze...
I fully realize that others have their own opinions, an fully respect that, but, until I can hear him play some music that's pertinent to th song at hand, I really (did I mention (really) cain't stomach his self-aggrandizin, lookit me boolsheep noodlin.
It's s'posed to be bout th song, jackhole...
          YMMV, of course...

The Good-One Is A Superb Grill And A Superb Smoker All In One

        the good one grill

The Good-One Open Range is a charcoal grill with an offset smoke chamber attached. It is dramatically different from a traditional offset smoker. The grill sits low in front and doubles as a firebox for the smoke chamber which is spliced on above and behind so it can work like a horizontal offset smoker only better. By placing the heat source behind and under the smokebox instead of off to the side, Open Range produces even temperature from left to right, something almost impossible to achieve with a standard barrel shaped offset.

The beefy hardwood handle provides a comfortable grip secured by three hefty rivets. He has machine washed his more than 100 times. They have never rusted and they stay shiny without polishing.
