Can't say for sure, but the odds are pretty good I saw this show live. And no, it's not the one I lost the car at. That was '79, I think.

I'll have to see if I can still find the ticket stub, but I guarantee I was there to see it. Thanks for sharing!

Ok, now you guys have got me traveling back in time. Jeez.
Johnny Winter doing Hwy 61 starting at 25'20", not that any of the preceding or following music isn't equally great. I remember getting his Second Winter album when I was a freshman undergraduate at U. of Illinois in Urbana, spring of 1970.

ps: I don't know how to embed the video image, but this is the YouTube link.

I guarantee you have the attention of Mr. Bones and myself! As to how to imbed, click on the underlined 'A' to reveal the icon menu. Look for an icon that look like a film strip, hovering your pointer over it will show 'Insert Video'. Clicking on it will bring up a dialog box with 'Insert your video clip URL' Paste the URL to in the box. Click OK. Pro tip, make sure your cursor is where you want the video to appear in your text.

Pretty simple, even vascular surgeon can do it! ;-)

Here's a little wake-up music from my favorite rock band, non-Grateful Dead division:

The video quality is pretty lousy, but Joey Ramone's voice is in rare form here.

Here’s a great hour of music: The US embassy in Dublin sponsored this performance of Irish musicians celebrating Bob Dylan’s 80th Bday. (There's a fair amount of talking, but still wonderful.)

You know what Bonesy, I like the live versions best a lot of times because I like the flaws or imperfections. Don’t always need the sterile studio version. And I’m glad I didn’t hurt your feelings by posting this after your version. 😂

I'm always impressed with live performances that meet/exceed th album; have seen WAY Too many bands that was Way Too Funked up to perform, in my day...

                BTW:

Reckon ya'd most likely havedta wear golf shoes, an repeatedly tread back an forth over my nutsack, persistently, to ever hurt me much, but, rest assured, I'll call, PM ya, if'n ya ever go too far, brother... deal???

ssandy_561 Mr. Bones Yall heard this one before? It’s way too short though, wish it was longer.

While I like th idea of what they was a doin, an th 1970's me'd been dancin like a drunken Leprechaun to it... from this distance, it now seems an atrociously badly mixed wall of NOISE, wish it were not so, fabulous that that particular moment in Rock History was captured, fer Posterity, but effakin OUCH!!!!

Wish it had been recorded better...

I mean alla this in th kindest sorta way, but OUCH!!!!
