          Got Lightnin’s whole catalog downloaded. Guy has someone like 75 albums, I’m currently listening to live stuff from his concerts here in Houston. What a blues gem.

          Troutman Steve, I'd kiss all three of their arses, (an Lightnin's too), at High Noon, in Times Square, an give em six months to draw a crowd to watch 'Th Event'.

          Hopin that puts it in proper perspective fer how I feel...sittin here, listenin, enjoyin, with tears rollin down my cheeks, jus listenin to th Beauty.

          This music Seriously Moves me, an is why I've spent an Entire Lifetime pursuin, preservin, purveyin, an presentin it to others, Brother...

        They's a reason I searched out over 100 National steel bodied Duolians, way back in th early 90's, an spent th exorbitant (then) sum of $1200 USD, to have a proper guitfiddle...This would be why...Probly worth $$$$$, mebbe$$$$$$, or more, nowadays;
        Ain't too interested in dat,...Nor Fer Sale, BTW!!!

        Then, they came along this other guy, captivated alla my mind, an Buddy Guy's, Jimi Hendrix's, an Eric Clapton's, as well...th rest is History, I'd haveta say...

        If you’ve never heard this song before, you’d never guess it was The Beach Boys.

          I always thought The Beach Boys had so much potential, such great harmony. They never were able to transition out of that pop, beach culture to realize that potential. Kind of a shame.

        Ok kiddos, this is real Rock n Roll. This is how it’s done. This is a Rock n Roll Clinic. The Great MC5. There was no one like them, true originators.
        Do yourself a favor and watch both songs......and Kick Out The Jams MFrs!

          For those who don’t know, the song was censored at the time;

          This song is notorious for the line, “Kick out the jams, motherf–kers,” shouted by lead singer Rob Tyner before the music kicks in. This line appears on the uncensored version of the album; a clean version where it is replaced with, “Kick out the jams, brothers and sisters,” was used on the single and later made available on censored versions of the album.

        The sax solo in this is just medicine for me. LeRoi Moore, passed away from a 4 wheeler injury. Likely my favorite musician. Dave covers this Cash song pretty good as well. I don’t seem to understand how to properly post a video in here.
