Let’s get the party started. Crank it up with a cold beer and some crawfish.

I’m assuming you mean Buckwheat Zydeco? Yeah, he’s good.

First heard this band on Pandora. It rocks. Best played on a good sound system with subwoofer!

Remember Frank Marino and Mahogany Rush? Here’s a good one, recorded live. Johnny B. Goode, https://youtu.be/-nzna-QPmqM
A lot of people, including me, think this is the best version ever. Recorded in 78. Frank is smoking on the guitar.

Boy do I miss concerts. The last one I went to was this past February. Since my teenage years there has never been a span of more than 6 months where I have not been to a concert until now.

Here are a couple of live versions of probably my two favorite songs from the band I've seen the most times in concert.

This song contains one of my favorite lyrics from a song:
"Our land ain't OZ, its Ohio!"
Being from Ohio and seeing most of their concerts in Ohio that line becomes a great sing-a-long being repeated over and over and over at most of their concerts i've seen..

I first saw them back in 2011 when the local college had them perform and tickets were only $10. We were board and decided what the heck. That concert was about 200 people.

The last time I saw them perform was December 28, 2019 with ~1400 other fans.

I have never seen a lead singer sing with as much passion as Scott Terry does in concert.

Mr. Bones I still perform live and it's still fun. Back deck.....Glass of Whiskey and my two pups, every Friday and Saturday, night weather permitting. The pups are loyal audience members and the only folks who have ever come to a show. Might be the free treats I provide though, now that I think about it.

I really have to wonder what Angus thinks of this version.

Damn Elton. You have excellent taste in music! Like all those bands. AC/DC was better in the Bon Scott era though, IMO. Or at least from Back In Black and earlier. Thin Lizzy was great live.

Can't remember if I've shared this one before or not. It's classic old-timey country from the 60s and it definitely has that sound.

Artist "Jack Reno", Song "I Want One". It's humorous. I keep waiting for someone like Brad Paisley to remake it but so far no one has touched it to give it a modern rework, that I know of.

hoovarmin ya got that right! Fits us all here very well.

I fell down a YouTube rabbit hole last night and came across this band.

It was a deep deep hole.

It’s different. Not sure if good different or bad different. Let’s just say different.

              Enjoy?

ssandy_561 Different. Yeah, that's a good adjective. Lock-down has been pretty tough on you, eh? We could organize a group to check in on you if that would help

ssandy_561 To be fair, I did enjoy it. I never would have found a group like this.

How about something completely different. From the past. Check out at 1:50 they catch FireMan in his younger years with his Wife!

                Good tune!

The bass player in this group is a buddy of mine. they just released this a few days ago. Some great stuff, and they just put this together over the summer. Pretty neat to see what they were able to do considering the recording session was their first time playing live together.

                Impressive!

I’ve been listening to a lot of music from bands I’ve seen in concert (Boy do I miss them).

I don’t think I’ve ever shared this artist with the pit.

He’s from Cleveland and I saw him open for another of my favorite Cleveland bands, Welshly Arms.

He doesn’t have many songs on YouTube but what he does have is great.

              Here is Thaddeus Anna Greene

He blew me away in concert with his guitar playing.
