    Ahh yes, "Salt Bae" as he's affectionately and comically known in the interwebs. FWIW his real name (according to Uncle Google) is Nusret Gökce (pronunciation?), he's a Turkish chef & butcher and runs steakhouse chain with locations in Turkey in Dubai, and more coming- one to London and one to NYC.

    I do not know how to post a video but my co-worker just showed me a video on YouTube. It deals with meat handling and seasoning. If you search "salt bae" on YouTube it's quite informative.
