    Tipping the butcher?

    OK, so I'm new to buying meat from a butcher shop. Should I tip? If so, how much and how often?

    Welcome to The Pit DBoone! Where are you from? I have never heard of tipping a butcher, at least not where I'm from.

    Would you mind giving us a bio of yourself back in the Introduce Yourself thread? Whatever you'd lie to share. Much appreciated!         I gave my butcher a tip.I told him about amazingribs.com to learn how to use his horizontal smoker.
