      AZRedneck, This Site is about Slow Cooking! If you want Fast Cook'n You will have Find a Microwave Site? As far as quick Rub Recipes start with Kosher Salt and Fresh Ground Blk Pepper! As Skill Level increases you can add Garlic Powder, Papricka, Cayenne Pepper and a variety of other Spices!
