    Pork/Pig Wings??

Anyone fixing these and can they be bought raw or are they just prepackaged??

Ask butcher for pork shanks. Sometimes they have them on display, but the price I have seen ($3.29/lb) doesn't justify buying it over pork shoulder.

Yep, just what I thought. I was going to get some wings the other day but they wanted 2.99/lb they had great looking legs for .99/lb. I got 3 lb of legs.

I mentioned them in another thread as they serve them at a local joint, but I have only seen them for sale in one place and they were $10 a pound. You might try looking for Osso Buco as the pork version of that uses pork shank

At $10/lb I will pass as there is a lot of other meats that are really great for a lot less.

Prices are a bit weird here, chicken is very cheap, beef is high. Choice tri-tip is $15 a pound, a whole fryer is $5 total.
