        I have 1 rule about food.

        If you couldn't buy it in a grocery store 50 years ago don't buy it.😎

        I don't buy pre-processed food. I don't buy pre-cooked food. I don't buy store bought bread.

        Just my own preference. Not saying it's necessary or beneficial in any way. It's just my way of doing things.😉

          I just shop store perimeter. Mostly produce, the butcher counter, cold beer!

        Well I don't raise my own cows and pigs, so I'm dependent on farmers and whatever level of science is in between the farm and my plate...but I won't be a subscriber to lab meat. Pass.
