    Bun recommendation for chicken dip sangers

    Have leftover smoked chicken and killer smoked chicken jus for dipped sangwhiches tomorrow night. What type of bun would everyone go with?

    Anything that can hold the meat in place for a decent bite.

      I usually opt for a good deluxe kaiser, which are basically slightly larger hamburger buns with a little cornmeal on them. Then I toast them butter side up under the broiler until golden to medium brown. Haven't met anythign yet that didn't go well on them. Heck even budget burger buns are good toasted.

        Go left and use flour tortillas, roll chicken with red onions and dip them in the jus.
