MH/AR is Making Me (Look Like) a Genius

First, thanks for my reading on AR, I added a Performer Silver to my arsenal. After seasoning it today, able to follow MH's instructions on using my Kingsford and chimney to get good temperature. Was thinking about making some beef kebabs & came upon the recipe for spiedies, which I did on skewers with red, yellow, orange and purple bell peppers and onions. GF also brought home some shucked corn and I followed MH's instructions for Ultimate Grilled Corn on the Cob. GF and her daughter were falling over themselves with compliments on all of it. GF stopped wondering why I wanted to add the Weber to my GOSM and old gas grill.

    Thanks!

We appreciate hearing success stories, and I know Meathead does too. I will make sure to forward this to him.
I made the ultimate grilled corn on the cob a few days back and was pleasantly surprised at how good grilled corn is, how much sweeter grilling it makes it.

You made my day! This is what I live for. Hope those two women get to eat a lot more of your cooking.

They get to eat plenty of it. I'm on Atkins so meat is my main food source and this site has taken an occasional hobby and turned it into an obsession.
