My regal companion, Archie. Follows me around the yard when I'm mowing on the lawn tractor. Sits outside when I'm cooking - though my current location is not within his electric fence area. Often just sits at the top of the hill and lords over his domain. And loves the water: creeks, lakes, ocean - just not baths. Click image for larger version

          Archie's barely out of puppy-hood - he's a little over 3.

Thanks. He's a keeper. Got him when he was just over a year. Was training to be a service dog, but failed out because he was a bit skittish around groups (he had been a rescue before that). He's still a bit neurotic at times, but loves to ride with his head out the car window, enjoys crashing through the waves, and he greets us like we've been gone for years any time we leave the house.

I am very partial to Labs as well, especially yellows with big block heads, but they aren't allowed on our house, hence the little lap dog who doesn't shed.

Here are a few photos that sum up our Lucy Goose. No, we don't normally let her put her face on the table or anywhere close to it. She was acting a fool at my parent's house and my mom was loving it. Aside from her never ending mission to eat all of our food, she's the best dog I've ever owned.

Here he is "Red the Rat Dog" born this last March. My wifes dog but he loves to spend time with me out around the deck, grilling area, and garage/shop.

He is just shy of 6 months now and will only be 8-10 pds fully grown but, TOWMBO loves him and that is what matters. I think he is neat to but, who am I.

Jon not quite sure whatever happened. They either escaped in a very strange manner or were stolen. This was back in maybe '06 or '07. I was heartbroken for months. Got them both as pups and was training them in Gee-Haw (look it up) to be sled dogs. Never got new. Had more kids instead.

I have been thinking of Dog Carting with my Boxers. Tangle might be Ok with it but Tovi is a bit old for that kind of activity. I really wanted to teach Mayhem but, When he was young enough to learn, he was on the road for shows and I did not have the money for a cart. Now I have lost my dear Mayhem, but Tovi is still here. If I was able to train tangle to pull, I think Tovi would go along with us but Tangle would be doing most of the work.

Do you have a cart? or are you just learning for sledding?

Karon Adams this was a few years ago, I don't have them anymore. They pulled me on my bicycle. I was making plans to get a sled but never did.

Man, I hate that. Having someone steal my dogs is a heartbreaking thing. We live right beside an elementary catholic School so my biggest problem is my dogs wanting to play with the kidlets! I hope you can find another pal to love. there is nothing better than the love of a dog. I hope to one day be the person my dog thinks I am.

You can see all 3 of my 4-legged kids here. Angie and Buddy (left and middle, respectively) are blocking me from the door, and Molly (far right) is getting ready to launch a flank attack as soon as I turn towards it.

Here's a pic of our 14 year old 7 lb tuxedo kitty. Her name is Liza. She's more like a lapdog than a cat... friendly, affectionate and likes to lay on you. She's also VERY good with kids. We also call her "Princess Nevermoves" as we often head out for work with her laying in one spot only to find her laying in the same spot when we get home that evening.
