      • We have two weber kettle grills (one LARGE and one small/average), the SnS and the Weber Smokey Mountain 18" smoker. We use both natural lump charcoal and KNB for smoking and measure our temps with a Maverick 733, thermopen and MK4. Favorite beer depends on what is cooking (alt answer is yes).

If 2020 was a food truck.

I have no idea what the book’s title is nor where to get it, 58limited . I’ve only seen it once, at a battery store while having a new battery put in my car. Next time I go there, I’ll ask around. I’d LOVE to have it.
I also can’t find one of my favorite cartoons of his. Two alligators lying on a river bank, with a hat, a suitcase and parts of a ship floating down river and one of the gators saying, I sure could go for a piece of cheesecake.

58limited , I have been told that there a lot of his childhood drawings in his 10th anniversary book.

There is also a Far Side FB page for Far Side cartoons AND far Side like cartoons. Pretty funny!

I know some of these have been posted before, but some haven't - so get over it...

I’m on two diets. I wasn’t getting enough food on one.

A cold seat in a public restroom is unpleasant. A warm seat in a public restroom is worse.

Apparently, RSVP’ ing to a wedding invitation “Maybe next time” isn’t the correct response.

Don’t irritate old people. The older we get the less “Life in prison” is a deterrent.

Have you ever listened to someone for a minute and thought “Their cornbread ain’t done in the middle.”

Aliens probably ride by earth and lock their doors.

“You will hit every cone on the highway before I let you merge in front of me because you saw that sign 2 miles ago like I did. “

I really don’t mind getting older, but my body is taking it badly.

It turns out that being an adult is mostly just googling how to do stuff.

I miss the 90’s when bread was still good for you and no one knew what kale was.

Do you ever get up in the morning, look in the mirror and think “That can’t be accurate.”

I want to be 14 again and ruin my life differently. I have new ideas.

As I watch this generation try to rewrite our history, one thing I’m sure of....it will be misspelled and have no punctuation.

I thought getting old would take longer.

I told my wife I wanted to be cremated. She made me an appointment for Tuesday.

Confuse your doctor by putting on rubber gloves at the same time he does.

My wife asked me to take her to one of those restaurants where they make food right in front of you. I took her to Subway. That’s when the fight started.

Me: Sobbing my heart out, “ I can’t see you anymore.....I’m not going to let you hurt me again.”
Trainer: “It was one sit-up. You did one sit-up.”

I went line dancing last night. OK, it was a roadside sobriety test...same thing.

Picked up a hitchhiker. He asked if I wasn’t afraid he might be a serial killer? I told him the odds of two serial killers being in the same car were extremely unlikely.

58limited. Mine too. Funny thing, in California people would pass cars until they had to cut in. So I would get in that lane with a semi, signal to the car that was behind me, and then stay with it until the merge and they let me back in. However, I've noticed in Washington that hardly anybody will run up the lane and merge in. Almost everybody gets in line, it's eerie. OTOH, they have some other annoying habits, like doing five under when you can't pass, then go five over when you can.
