        No need to be sorry: $10 to ship frozen brisket across the country is still cheap. Plus, knowing about the $40 discount put me over the edge to order it!

        Delivery is 8/28, so on 8/30... brisket. I'm going to really scour the knowledge of those who have done the Kobe on the BGE. I'm glad I have the first one under my belt, that makes the second one easier to anticipate. You and I have discussed the differences, I will definitely call on you for advice.
