After they get you out of the van, they buy you dinner at the special hidden restaurant they just drove you too and pay you extra for the Traeger. Unfortunately, since they don't want you to find the restaurant again, the ride home is the same as the ride there. At least that's what the TV tells us about Canadian nice

glitchy I may be in the van for a long time then since we're under a stay at home order until at least May 5th in Ontario. Canada is having some troubles with vaccine distribution and our numbers are going up like crazy, mostly due to the new variants. We're looking south with some envy these days.

pkadare Keep hanging on buddy. I feel like is streaky and regional down here. Where I live was receiving some of the lowest doses per capita for quite some time. It’s picked up now, but I have friends driving 2 hours to get a shot because all the appointments locally fill up within a few minutes of announcement. I don’t watch it too closely since I’ve worked at home since it started and we have no return to office date, but see variant outbreaks happening here too.

glitchy I'm keeping on keeping on. I've worked from home for the last 25 years or so except for business travel so yeah, I'm not really concerned for myself. While I'm not yet age eligible for anything other than the AZ jab, which I don't really want to take given the fact that I have some serious arterial problems, I am eligible due to my health conditions and am off to get either the Pfizer or Moderna jab tomorrow!

Every time I go on an adventure to buy a new cooker, I imagine “this is how i end up waking up in a bathtub full of ice and without a kidney”. Yet I always happily diddy bop my way on down the road.

Everything worked out really well. The buyer (who wasn't the one who picked up the Traeger, he sent a friend with a pick-me-up truck) etransferred the balance owing a few hours before it was picked up, and then we had it in the truck in about 5 minutes. Easey-peasey.

Yeah, now the wait for the new cooker. The pit area doesn't look right with the big hole in it. :-(
