Lmao... My wife Tammy told me the same thing. Only thing that keeps me going stud is the fact I didn't get a 180. Won with a 177. My presention score had 2 or 3 8's. Flavor and tenderness were spot on. Still room for improvement in my eyes. What keeps me going is paying attention to detail.

Huskee Thank you for the props stud. That whole event was a blast! Who could have imagined, my 1st call in any comp (2nd one entered) and it was a blue ribbon. I'm doing my best in research and development along formal classes to post more accomplishments on the amazing ribs.com. I have gotten a lot of great tips. It's great to shoot the breeze w/ every1 on this site.
