    Very pleased with my 1st Yoder brisket cook. Used mesquite pellets, and Harry Soo Beef Rub. It was 19* ambient temp when I started this morning. The Yoder took control and did a great job in the cold.

                    275* 7 hours, wrapped in butcher paper and finished in a 325* oven. Rest 4 hours in cooler
