About 4 years ago I refurbbed my old Traeger and CS was great, very helpful and even discounted some parts. I have a couple of friends who now say what you're saying and that they are pretty rude and make it seem like you're bothering them. Too bad, they still charge like they're "all that" but are flopping with the follow through. -
Traeger actually makes some nice rigs. They're a little lighter on the smoke profile with the D2 controllers than they were before with their Ortech style ones, but that can be tuned via software updates and maybe already has.
