I am not familiar with Z Grills models. It is my understanding that they are cheap foreign knock offs. I have seen one of their pellet model for sale in my Safeway store for $349. My opinion is to walk away from Safeway with just my groceries.
But, just my thoughts and option. No first hand knowledge or use.Last edited by ofelles; October 17, 2020, 04:01 PM.

That deal is buy one now, get a free one in 5 years. If you want a second now you have to pay a premium.
From what I have seen they are probably a fine grill for someone who really thinks they want a pellet grill, buys one, uses it once or twice, then puts it in the shed and never uses it again and sells it a couple years later after their spouse nags them to get rid of it.
If the smoker will get regular uses I would spend a couple hundred more and get a more reputable brand. The Z-grills look like knockoffs of known brands made with cheaper materials.
