When I rebuilt my pellet grill about 3 years ago, I used the felt gasket tape from Yoder to seal the lid. After extensive use, the gasket is shot and basically just a greasy mess. Has anyone found a better material to use for the lid gasket?
Jerod: Have you had to replace the gasket around the lid of your Grid Iron? If so, what do you recommend from BBQGaskets.com ? I've got a couple of small "leaks" at the top corners so I thought I'd replace all of the lid gaskets.

BBQGaskets is basically Nomex tape. You can get it on Amazon - if you look, you will see a number of Nomex offerings. I used to seal the lid on my old Camp Chef DLX pellet pooper. Works quite well.
