    MAK’ing weeknight quarters...

    MAK’ing some weeknight quarters. Soaked all morning in Basque Marinade... then one hour of smoke... then bump to 275° to finish. About 3.5-4 hours to 180ish° IT. $10 but tasted like $100... 😋😋😋

    Tossed on a few skinless thighs for the lil ones 😊
