Mark and the team are wonderful. I had a minor issue with the shelf kit and he jumped through hoops to make it right, even sending a gift card for the hassle. He definitely didn’t need to do that and I thanked him and told him how nice that was. Another time he sent some free screws as my contractor moved the grill and somehow I lost a couple screws! So when they sent the email about the new discounted controller I didn’t hesitate, I haven’t had a bad tasting thing off that grill we love it here.

I'm just curious if you've had any issues with the WiFi connect or the App itself. I was part of the beta test group and did a ton of testing on the thing. Always curious to hear peoples responses!
The ribs look fantastic btw!!

Not one single issue. I have used it about 1/ week if I averaged it out since I bought it. Granted, I still am not sure about the food probe issue. WiFi = no problems. However, if the food probe isn't calibrated or working correctly then the Wifi issue becomes kind of moot. My other food probes are thermoworks, but they're not Wifi or bluetooth. The last few things I've cooked, though, were foods that I didn't need a food probe (ribs and thighs). FWIW my Traeger I have at my lakehouse has given me many problems with their WiFi issues. I've had to drop it from my app and pair it back again a few times.
The app is nice and I really like that it gives me notifications as well. Plus it has a timer too which has come in handy. Either way, food probe issues aside, I like having the app and the WiFi connectivity and always use it when I am cooking.Last edited by radiodome21; June 23, 2021, 07:51 PM.
