    Thanks Man, I'll definitely check that out! Yeah I prefer to try to catch whatever drippings I can get off of the cooks to use afterwards. This was the first time I didnt have a large amount of liquid after the cook in the pan. I am guessing its because with the GMG I'm not using a water pan as I did in the previous electric smoker so there wasnt as much moisture in the cooking chamber to condense? I don't know..

    There's not a lot of room between the grates and the drip tray on this and the angle on the drip tray can make placing anything under there an adventure. I do have someone making an add on upper rack that will provide a lot more cooking space than that small rack in the picture of the brisket. That will help with being able to place a decent drip pan.

      Do they go well whit PBR? me think they do.

      Does yours grill have the adjustable heat deflector?
      DO you get 2 zone cooking?
