SierraBBQGuy What brand of gasser do you have there? Also is that a griddle next to the grill? What model? Great work!

We are currently "between houses". Plans are at the architect for the new house . . . just gotta get it built!
These pics are from our old set up. I thought I had a set of the finished unit, but oh well . . The old set up was a 35x25 slab, with a 20x20 covered area. From the back of the shed, the 1st 8 ft was covered on both sides to shield electronics & fridges from rain. The floor was also level. The open part of the slab dropped 3/4" from the end of the covered sides to the far end of the slab. Walking or sitting, you did not notice the drop, but it sure helped when it rained or when I washed the area down! No standing water!!!. The one pic with the fridge shows what the white wall turned into. The 6' smoker is off to the left out of the pics.
The new house will have a 35x40 covered slab for an outdoor area. This will come off the back of the house & be the full width of the Garage / barn (barn is 40x40). Old set up pics here:

Think I posted this in the Dream Kitchen thread. Should have posted here. Anyway, we just completed our move to the Black Hills of South Dakota. This is what I have so far. Still have another Weber 2 burner gasser to bring from Michigan. But it's beginning to come together. Would like to add a small stainless steel prep table to the mix.

- Upstate NY, by upstate I don't just mean 30 miles north of NYC ;-)

My current cookers include a Shirley Fabrication 24x36 patio model; Weber Performer with the Slow-n-Sear 2.0 & Drip & Griddle; Pit Boss Series 2 propane smoker & SnS Travel Kettle.
Straight Whiskey: I'm a bourbon guy. All time favorite Pappy Van Winkle 12 year. Standard go to Blantons
Blended Whiskey: James Oliver American Whiskey
I also enjoy an occasional cigar
