My little patio corner of bliss. Wife says I cant get an offset smoker until I get rid of one. Good thing the gasser will be gone in a year or two. .

Introducing the Broken Pig BBQ Pit and Partio! Began in early April and wrapped up in time to fire the Primo for Father’s Day. Still waiting on the stainless appliances, they are probably sitting on a boat off Long Beach right now. Super excited for this amazing outdoor space!

        Very nice outdoor space.

Still very much in process, I also need to get all of my cookers together, as all do not live in that spot, some stay in my garage. But, since this photo we have added a freezer and ice maker to the far right end of this photo where the garbage is currently. Still adding a t.v. A hard top coming off our house covering the entire patio, then ceiling fans and lights. I cook with a Weber 22 kettle in a custom table, a 26 kettle, a 22 wsm, a 14 smokey joe, and a induction burner.

Not an outdoor kitchen (yet), but my Performer with the folding metal side table was looking crappy and I also have another kettle, and it was just looking messy. So I decided I needed a grill table. This is my first woodworking project. Lots of imperfections when you’re up close, but it was fun and a learning experience. Next up a smaller
matching table for my Ooni Pro pizza oven

The two cookers that I use most, the Hasty-Bake and SnS Kettle, are under a 5x8 cover so that the Pac NorthWest rain isn't an issue.

From this direction you can tell that there is a Blackstone pizza oven in the mix! Also, if you look down in that corner of the yard, and squint, and pray, you can see where Eric's Bar & Grill is gonna go.

It is very cool that my wife is so supportive ...she seems pretty excited about the gasser she picked to park under the pavilion!!

We finally put in a 50-gallon dry well for the sink. Now we can proceed with building a new floating deck for bar seating and the new dining area.

Richard Chrz I picked that SS cart up at Costco about a year ago. This is the same cart at Amazon.

TRINITY EcoStorage Bamboo Kitchen Cart, Chrome https://a.co/cKK8cki

        Finally finished, the outside kitchen…
I bought the AOC grill and side burner over a year ago, but life kept getting in the way.

Florida has unique requirements. Termites are a serious problem, as is almost constant high humidity.
The framing is all pressure treated, the outside is inexpensive rough cedar fence, eventually sanded and stained.
        Termite and moisture proof.

        so it starts…..
The drain had to go under existing pavers, lucky my outflow for the house was right where I needed it.

The rough cedar is next. Simple doors, picture framed on the back. (Not shown).
Doors were clamped and glued with liquid nails and then screwed to keep things from twisting in the heat/humidity.
They still warp, but within acceptable limits.

Plumbing for LP was new for me. Some trial and error to get pre-made lengths of flex-pipe to look good.
Emergency shutoffs (yellow) required by code. Separate LP tanks for grill and side burner.
All heat sources are shielded with 3/8” concrete board (pink), and sealed with 500f silicone caulk.
At least a 1/2” gap between any metal surface and the concrete board.

Like all of us. A little bit each year, the rest of the concrete in this section gets poured next week between all those forms. I’m guessing this is one of those forever on going things, as priority and savings allow we had never planned on concrete, so that is a huge win in early.

No money is rarely an obstacle for me. Not because I have lots of money, but because I just shout YOLO and pull the trigger.

For now this is the outdoor kitchen. Perhaps I will get an upgrade if some other plans come through. It works well enough for me to make dinner which is all that matters at this point. The Rubbermaid deck box is the latest addition and it has helped me tidy up the situation considerably
