It's been a long, cold, windy and wet spring, but it's finally on the upswing here so I got everything out of storage and got the patio set up. Ribs will be going in the PBC shortly. Smoke on!

I appreciate the three cooker approach, that is something I do myself. I LOVE my charcoal, but sometimes you need that gasser, for a couple hot dogs. And the other two? Ribs on one, brisket on the other!

Bud has always been my barley pop.
Been smoking a handful of years, just got serious in the last year. Thanks to AR n @glemn picked up an SnS Kamado for appx 1/3 price of new. I dont think he used it twice. Love AR! keep calm n smoke on! Miss you Bonesy.
