Before lit my weber I checked the weather. Thunderstorms warnings but not until almost 8pm tonight. Great I thought, gives me just enough time to get the grill going for some quick steaks and corn. I started the chimney at 5:15. Ten minutes later the clouds roll in. So I quickly moved my pellet smoker off to the side and tucked my weber under the grill gazebo. Dinner will be saved, I'll just be soaked walking around the gazebo.

Custom built horizontal stick burner.
Custom built duel fuel "whole hog" cooker.
