Elton's BBQ You do know that now I NEED one of those! LOL

Here’s my boring but useful collection.
The non branded elcheapoIhavenoideawhereIgotit wooden handled thing is my go to grill spatula. Sturdy and heavy duty enough to handle just about anything.
The Dodger one is decent, but not in the same league. Ha!

The blue handled Dexter’s I use on my griddle.
Not included are the three wood pizza peels or the stainless pizza turner/spatula.

There’s probably another in one of the storage containers...along with 3 or 4 sets of tongs... I find most of them useless...1) they don’t always open wide enough, 2] some of them won’t stay closed when I set them down, 3) a couple tear up things like chicken skin. I much prefer my stainless "pig tails" these days. Yes, should take the time to donate three sets of tongs because someone might find them useful. (Just put it on my list of things to do.)

I recently picked up one of those wide Dexters. It's perfect for smash burgers on the griddle!

Steve R. Yep, it is a force to be reckoned with, that's for sure! And that's exactly the use I had in mind when I picked it up.

I had a wood handled one that I picked up in a set when I first got my griddle. I've since given that set away.

This spatula has a little story with it. A few years ago I met up with someone at the MN BBQ Association Spring Training at the U of MN and it was gifted to me that day. That someone is none other than Dan Johnston the famous "Backyard Cremator" from Fargo ND. I smile every time I use it.

ID:	889246 I posted my sad excuse for a spatula in a prior post. Well I was rummaging around various basement storage areas Looking for something unrelated to bbq and found this! I vaguely remember getting it for free somewhere/sometime way in the past but that’s about it. Must have gotten packed away during one of our many career related moves and out of site and mind. Barely used. So I guess I’m set now! 👍

Beauty...but they need to be used IMO.

                That's what they're for.
I mean...unless you're gonna hang 'em on a wall... Put them to work.

But seriously, folks, it's half of a 2-part set from Thermoworks which we bought on a whim and has proven to be amazingly handy. It gets into small corners where tablespoons fear to tread.
