Interesting but I’d really like to see one video of a complete rotation of a chicken, and how long a wind of the spring would actually last. I know of some electric powered rotisseries that have issues with rotation and torque.

The web site said up to 60 min rotation. It also had various vids Showing rotation.

The few videos on it looks very interesting. Just wondering about the maintenance on the gearing and it's upper temp and duration in the heat. It has a 1 hour spin cycle if I am reading correctly.

So if I need two hours and it's been on the grill for an hour, winding it up again would be interesting.
