    Vertical Skewers For Doner Kebab?

    I would like to do some doner kebab. The Masterbuilt 560 does not have a rotisserie attachment yet so I thought about using something like these Vertical Skewer Rack https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CZW2K31/ instead. I think they would work really well. The grill only has 12” inch of clearance. Has anyone found a better product or would recommend a different approach?

      Those are the ones I use. They do a pretty good job of making chicken shawarma.
